    Activate Personal, then create your aliases or separate mailboxes. Get your receiving addresses ready first.

    Add the supplied mail records at your DNS provider. KeyKeeper checks them for you. Once they pass, send a test message.

A few useful answers.

Do I need to move my domain or website?

No. Keep your registrar, DNS provider and website. You add the supplied email records at your DNS provider. Domain registration and website hosting are separate from KeyKeeper.

What does $1/month include?

Personal includes one personal mailbox, one custom domain and up to 10 aliases. An alias is another address for an inbox, sharing its sending allowance. Personal allows up to 100 outbound recipients per day; new-sender and shared limits also apply. Additional domains cost $1 each per prepaid 30 days.

Can my AI agent have its own address?

Yes. Create a separate agent mailbox on your domain and connect your agent through REST or MCP. Receiving and reading are free; agent sending uses separate prepaid credits, starting at $1 for 10,000 accepted recipients at the standard rate. Sending limits still apply. Bring your own agent or integration; KeyKeeper provides the mailbox and mail tools.

Can I have more than one mailbox?

You can create up to 10 separate human or agent mailboxes on a domain. Each has its own account, plan and sending limits. Extra mailboxes do not inherit the owner's Personal sending allowance. Aliases share their destination inbox and do not have a separate login.

Can I try KeyKeeper before paying?

Yes. Create a free KeyKeeper account with no card required. You can try the inbox, add your domain and verify ownership before subscribing. Activating custom-domain addresses requires the paid domain entitlement.

What if I already receive email somewhere else?

Create all the addresses you need before changing your MX records. Changing MX moves new incoming mail to KeyKeeper; it does not import your old messages. The domain guide walks through the order of setup and the DNS checks.
