Bring your Neo domains into one KeyKeeper account. Prepare everything first, then switch new mail when you’re ready.

For your own addresses, create aliases into your existing KeyKeeper inbox. You can receive mail from each domain together and select the appropriate From address when composing. Create separate mailboxes for people or agents who need their own account.
Personal includes your first custom domain for $1/month. Additional domains cost $1 each per 30 prepaid days, with up to 20 domains on one account. Each domain supports 10 aliases and 10 separate mailboxes; separate mailboxes have their own plan and sending limits. Adding a domain and preparing DNS are free.
- Make an address inventory.List every Neo mailbox and alias, including contact forms and applications that send as your domain. Recreate every receiving address you need. KeyKeeper does not currently offer a catch-all or arbitrary external forwarding.
- Preview and preserve your existing mail.Preview your Neo mailbox to see its folders, message counts and available storage figures. This reads folder information only; it does not copy messages or save your Neo password. Keep Neo active and make a complete backup, including Sent and Archive. An MX change does not move old messages, contacts or calendar events. History copying is not yet available in this flow; arrange and verify a separate import before cancelling Neo if you need that history inside KeyKeeper.
- Prepare the domain in KeyKeeper.Add it in Addresses, publish the ownership TXT record and wait for verification. Activate hosting if required, then create aliases or mailboxes. Keep your current Neo MX records during this preparation.
- Prepare authentication.Addresses supplies exact SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for each domain. Combine authorized senders into one SPF policy while Neo is still sending. Keep Neo’s existing DKIM selector alongside KeyKeeper’s separate selector. Review an existing DMARC policy rather than adding a second one.
- Switch new incoming mail.Once all receiving addresses exist and hosting is active, replace Neo’s MX entries with KeyKeeper’s MX record below. You do not need to change nameservers or your website records. Run Check DNS in Addresses and wait for all five checks to pass.
- Test before cancelling.Check each address from an external inbox, reply from KeyKeeper using the matching From address, and verify the reply actually arrives. Check attachments and any application mail. Keep checking both providers during DNS propagation, copy any late arrivals, and confirm your history backup or import before ending Neo service.

Target: mail.keykeeper.worldThe @ name means the root of your DNS zone. For a subdomain, use that subdomain’s label instead. Use the exact names in Addresses if your provider expects full names. Mail host records must be DNS only when using Cloudflare.
Do not keep Neo and KeyKeeper as competing MX destinations: some senders could still deliver to Neo. Keep a copy of your previous DNS configuration for rollback. A rollback changes future routing; it does not copy messages between providers.
Getting your history out of Neo.
Neo documents IMAP access at imap0001.neo.space, port 993, using TLS and your full email address. Third-party access must be enabled. If you use two-factor authentication, follow Neo’s application-password instructions. See Neo’s current IMAP guide.
Use a trusted mail client to download a complete offline copy and verify folder counts and sample attachments. Merely seeing a folder list does not prove its contents were downloaded. Keep credentials in your password manager; do not paste them into support messages. A local archive preserves your mail, but does not put it in KeyKeeper automatically.
Keep the first move small.
Move one domain, use it for everyday mail, and then move the next. DNS verification proves configuration; recipient acceptance and inbox placement require real delivery tests. Extra-domain hosting is prepaid with no automatic renewal: new address creation stops at expiry, and sending and receiving pause after seven days until renewal. Stored mail is retained.
